QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Those guidelines set by lenders to be used when deciding whether or not an applicant will be given a loan. QUALIFIED ACCEPTANCE: Also known as "conditional acceptance". Agreeing to enter a contract provided certain conditions are met.
